Affiliate partners who have an individual commission agreement are excluded from all standard remuneration models, bonus tiers or special remunerations within campaigns.

By applying to the FYVE partner program, the affiliate partner assures to comply with the restrictions listed in the FYVE special conditions. Applications on websites with extreme tendencies, pornography, glorification of violence, hate or fake news are prohibited and will lead to exclusion from the program.

Violations of these conditions lead to immediate termination and/or cancellation of the sales generated in violation of the rules.

Affiliates are only allowed to use the provided materials for promotion. Banners or images may not be modified.

Excluded are websites:

• with pornographic, erotic, glorifying violence (sexual violence, killing of humans and animals) and racist content
• with political content
• with fake and hate content
• with discriminatory representations of persons, insults, extremist, radical political or youth-endangering content, trivialization or glorification of drugs and weapons
• with links to other websites with the above-mentioned content
• with missing contact options and legal notice
• pure email registrations
• paid mailers
• SEA is restricted / brand bidding is not allowed

The use of a brand name or its misspellings in the display URL, in the ad title or in the ad text is not allowed. Also not if the ad refers to its own landing page. Only affiliate partners are accepted who can provide their own landing page or website, exceptions are email distributors or display partners.

Requests for postbookings that lie more than half a year in the past can unfortunately no longer be postbooked.

IMPORTANT:

FYVE reserves the right to conduct a separate review to validate an order. This may result in a delay of the usual confirmation period. Multiple completions of a product within a short time, which do not indicate economically reasonable behavior, lead to the rejection of these sales. Only sales can be remunerated that are generated via the FYVE application process.

Requests for postbookings that lie more than half a year in the past can unfortunately no longer be postbooked.

Non-compliance with these conditions can lead to termination of the partnership without notice and to the cancellation of all leads / sales generated so far!

Misuse

Any form of misuse, i.e. the generation of user actions through unfair methods or impermissible means that violate applicable law, these participation conditions, or any additional program-specific conditions, is prohibited.

The publisher is in particular prohibited from attempting to obtain remuneration by himself or through third parties by using the provided advertising materials, tracking links and/or other technical means to generate user actions by means of one or more of the following practices:

• Pretending user actions that have not actually taken place, e.g. through the unauthorized use of third-party data or providing false or non-existent data when ordering goods and/or services or during online registration;
• Misleading promotion through false statements about product or service,
• Use of advertising formats that enable tracking, but do not display the advertising material, do not display it in a visible way or not in the specified form and/or size; - use of legally protected terms, in particular trademarks, for example in search engines, ad placements or the promotion of advertising space without explicit prior written consent of the rights holder.

Any form of misuse will result in immediate suspension of the publisher’s access to the FYVE affiliate partner program account. Furthermore, no entitlement to remuneration arises for user actions generated through misuse.
